Team Members
Invite colleagues to your Aithroyz workspace. Team members can view environments, submit plans, and access deployed tools based on their role.
Team management is available in Settings → Team. All team members share access to the same environments and cloud credentials within your workspace. Role-based permissions control who can approve and apply plans.
Roles
Owner
Full access. Can manage billing, cloud credentials, team members, and approve all plans. Cannot be removed.
Operator
Can create and approve plans, deploy and destroy environments, and manage tool credentials.
Member
Can view environments and access deployed tools via SSO. Cannot create plans or manage settings.
Inviting a team member

Open Settings → Team
Navigate to the Team tab in your workspace settings.

Enter their email
Type the email address of the person you want to invite. They must have a Google account or will be prompted to create one.

Choose a role
Select Operator or Member depending on what access level they need.

Send invite
They receive an email with a link to join your workspace. The link expires after 48 hours.

All team members can access deployed tool credentials (admin usernames and passwords) for any live environment. Only invite people who should have access to your security lab infrastructure.
